Zhang Yaodong

Er. Dr ZHANG Yaodong is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Geotechnical Engineering in Singapore. He is specialized in geotechnical engineering since 1998 and has gained valuable practical experience in planning, design, construction and management for projects in geotechnical and coastal Engineering.  Since 2004, he had provided consultants services for many private and public projects in Singapore involving the Earth, Retaining and Stabilizing Structure (ERSS), deep excavation, tunnelling, slope stability, soil improvement, land reclamation and foundation design etc, such as common service tunnels (CST), PPT Phase 3 & 4 reclamation and C902 station and launch shaft of DTL1. He joined Surbana International Consultants Pte Ltd (Surbana) in 2012 and is involved in co-ordination, design and site supervision for the mega land reclamation and wharf construction project at Tuas view extension. He is the qualified person for design and supervision of a few ongoing infrastructure and coastal projects.
